Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Palm Meets The Pine

Palm Meets The Pine

(album: Same Town - 2020)

Pulled up in my 94 T-bird
Hey girl, what have you heard?
I know all the slow roads and it's hot wherever we go
So grab your shades and tie up your t-shirt
You can pick the tunes, I'll give you my password
I know what's been going round
That I'm not meant for this old town

Cause I was raised with a little sun in my cup
City lights shined down when I looked up
On the weekends
We'd be camping
Fiesta island
I've been moved around a time or two
But my elevation peaked when I met you
Might not be meant for this old town
But this town's treating me fine
I'm planting my roots
Where the palm meets the pines

Breathe it in with you, love that sweet smell
I don't ever wanna say farewell
Don't fit in here, I know thats true
But I sure fit good right next to you, yea
Oh, you got me under your spell
You got me crawling outta my shell
You don't care whats going round
That I'm not meant for this old town

Cause I was raised with a little sun in my cup
City lights shined down when I looked up
On the weekends
We'd be camping
Fiesta island
I've been moved around a time or two
But my elevation peaked when I met you
Might not be meant for this old town
But this town's treating me fine
I'm planting my roots
Where the palm meets the pines

We can drive far away
We can go any place
I can give you the life that you want
If you don't care where my roots are from
We drive far away
We can go any place
Or we don't have to go that far
We can stay right here where we are

Cause I was raised with a little sun in my cup
City lights shined down when I looked up
On the weekends
We'd be camping
Fiesta island
I've been moved around a time or two
But my elevation peaked when I met you
Might not be meant for this old town
But this town's treating me fine
I'm planting my roots
Where the palm meets the pines
