Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

My America

My America

(album: Secret Diaries - 2019)

My America was fun
Met her in front of the mirror
She was trying to look pretty
So her daddy would say something
Something different than just laughing
Something better than not looking
Something sweeter than the screams
When they were making love or fighting

And there inside my eyes
I saw beyond my face
I live another life
Let's see a different fate

And there between the lines
Thought I could run away
I wrapped up all my nights
And learnt from my mistakes
Still somehow I feel safe
Safe
Safe

It was my time for revolution

I've got time for revolution
I've got place for revolution
There's no place like revolution
A human kind of revo-, revo
I've got time for revolution
I've got place for revolution
There's no place like revolution
Revo-, revo

My America was baby
So I could get lost in it
And then America got darkest
So no one could even find me
My America was friendly
But it had no arms to save me
My America got lonely
When I left my dreams behind me

And there between the lines
Started to dream away
I wrapped up all my nights
And learnt from my mistakes
Still somehow I feel safe
Safe
Safe

This was my time for revo-, for revo

I've got time for revolution
I've got place for revolution
There's no place like revolution
A human kind of revo-, revo
I've got time for revolution
I've got place for revolution
There's no place like revolution
A human kind of revo-, revo

My own kind, my own kind my
My own kind, my own kind my
My own kind, my own kind my
My own kind, my own

My America was gold
Way before it was called golden
Boys and girls were wearing stones
And my favourite one was turquoise
A perfect yellow light
Shouting trough my window curtains
Didn't need no DOP
My film had to be my whole life
My film had to be my life
Life
Life

This was my time for revo-, revo

I've got time for revolution
I've got place for revolution
There's no place like revolution
A human kind of revo-, revo
I've got time for revolution
I've got place for revolution
There's no place like revolution
A human kind of revo-, revo

My own kind, my own kind my
My own kind, my own kind my
My own kind, my own kind my
My own kind, my own kind my
