Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

That's What You Do

That's What You Do

(album: In Between The Now & Then - 2010)

Homeless
That's what I feel when you're not with me
Restless
I cannot concentrate on anything
But your eyes, and your voice, and your smile
It's taken me awhile to figure out

What do you do when you can't have what you want?
What do you do when you can't have who you love?
What do you do when you can't have the one
Who feels like home to you?

I need to let go of the hold you have on my life
'Cause I know that better things are 'round this mountainside
So I'll climb and I'll try
To fall asleep for just one night
Without a tear from my eye for you

'Cause that's what you do when you can't have what you want
That's what you do when you can't have who you love
That's what you do when you can't have the one
Who feels like home to you
Oh, 'cause that's what you do

So I won't hold on to this memory
'Cause I want to move on
Though I can't see my once upon a time is up ahead for me
All that I will do is believe

'Cause that's what you do when you can't have what you want
That's what you do when you can't have who you love
That's what you do when you can't have the one
Who feels like home to you

So when you hear this song, you'll know I've moved on
Don't try to find me, you know I'll be gone
Every word you said to me was a lie
Without you, I'm free to move on with my life
