Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Could've Been

Could've Been

(album: Matt Hammitt - 2017)

Walking the line between faith and doubt
Caught in the middle, I could not step out
Don't know what I waited for
I was so insecure
My feet were stuck and they would not move
Knew what they wanted but they could not do
I heard a voice in the waves
Daring me to be brave

Oh, I was waiting on a spiritual wind
Waiting for someone to say when
Almost wasted my whole life
For what could've been, should've been, would've been
I knew I was made for more
To live every day like a new beginning
And I thank God now, that dead end is what could have been
You saved me from what could've been

I had my eye out on everyone else
I'd say someday I'll be there as well
I'll join the movers and shakers
Once I get a few things straight
Oh, it's crazy how the time flies, I just watched it go by
Grass was growing greener, but I was on the wrong side
Losing my way
Wishing that the world would change

Oh, I was waiting on a spiritual wind
Waiting for someone to say when
Almost wasted my whole life
For what could've been, should've been, would've been
I knew I was made for more
To live every day like a new beginning
And I thank God now, that dead end is what could have been
You saved me from what could've been

Oh, I don't wanna give up
I dont wanna give in
The life that you gave me
To say that I lived it
I don't wanna give up
I don't wanna give in
The life that you gave me
I say that I lived it

Oh, I was waiting on a spiritual wind
Waiting for someone to say when
Almost wasted my whole life
For what could've been, should've been, would've been
I knew I was made for more
To live every day like a new beginning
And I thank God now, that dead end is what could have been
You saved me from what could've been
You saved me from what could've been
You saved me from what could've been
You saved me from what could've been
You saved me from what could've been
