Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

Twist Of Fate

Twist Of Fate

(album: Lost Train Of Thought - 1992)

I got this girl in trouble
Something I didn't mean to do
But I done the right thing with the wedding ring
Then dropped out of school
I said goodbye to the cool rocking cats
I sold my amp but not my Strat
A little twist of fate, things go like that

But when I'm burning in my head and I'm screaming at the night
[?] all that's left, man that can't be right
And the deep river calls me from on the other side
It takes a little faith not to take that ride

Things got crazy and the marriage broke up
I guess it had to before it gone too far
Put on my suit and I went to the court
But Sherri got the house and the lawyer got the car
Judge gets my paycheck, my alibis
I get the pain and my kids gets the lice [?]
Little twist of fate, somebody cried

But when I'm burning in my head and I'm screaming at the night
[?] all that's left, man that can't be right
And the deep river calls me from on the other side
It takes a little faith not to take that ride

I look in the mirror and I got no reflection
My drink is cold but I taste the heat
And outside expensive comforts are walking
Not liking the lyrics but loving the beat
I got some scars that no one can see
Some of them costly and some of them free
A little twist of fate, ah let it be

But when I'm burning in my head and I'm screaming at the night
[?] all that's left, man that can't be right
And the deep river calls me from on the other side
It takes a little faith not to take that ride
But when I'm burning in my head and I'm screaming at the night
[?] all that's left, man that can't be right
And the deep river calls me from on the other side
It takes a little faith not to take that ride

I ain't gonna take that ride tonight
Oh no, I'm not gonna take that ride tonight
No no no, not tonight
