Hello! I'm Lyrkit!

I tried many ways to memorize English words and found the most effective one for me!

We already have all the words of the songs that we have heard throughout our lives in our memory. We simply did not pay attention to them, but we all already hear them!

I noticed that when you learn a new word from a song that you have already heard before, you already know the translation of this word forever and you will never forget it!

I want to share this method with you. So, the scheme is as follows.

We find songs that we have already heard.

We add all unfamiliar words from them.

We pass mini tests of memory games. done

Now that you know a lot of words, you will very quickly come to know the whole language!

I bet you'll be surprised how effective this method is!)

I Met Somebody

I Met Somebody

(album: Lovers For The Weekend - 2020)

I met somebody and you met somebody
And we met somebody like we never happened at all
Happened at all
But, hey, that's how you learn to love

How the time has passed
Since I saw you last
I still wonder now and then
How did we go from lovers
To these distant strangers
I thought we'd make it 'til the end
We used to dance 'til the early morning
Downtown we were going somewhere
Anywhere but here
We couldn't stop our hearts from breaking
This thing that we were chasing
Slipped out the door and disappeared

But we'll carry on
Yeah, we'll carry on
You know that everybody hurts at the end of the day
That's how you learn to love
We'll carry on when the feeling's gone
You know that everybody hurts at the end of the day
That's how you learn to love

Now I met somebody and you met somebody
And we met somebody like we never happened at all
Happened at all
But, hey, that's how you learn to love
Now I met somebody and you met somebody
And we met somebody like we never happened at all
Happened at all
But, hey, that's how you learn to love

Sometimes you have to hurt so that
You can heal
There's a lesson hiding in the tears
'Cause when times get tough
We gotta get back up
And try to break these walls and fight our fears
Just let us dance 'til the early morning
Downtown we were going somewhere
Anywhere but here
We couldn't stop our hearts from breaking
This thing that we were chasing
Slipped out the door and disappeared

But we'll carry on
Yeah, we'll carry on
You know that everybody hurts at the end of the day
That's how you learn to love
We'll carry on when the feeling's gone
You know that everybody hurts at the end of the day
That's how you learn to love

Now I met somebody and you met somebody
And we met somebody like we never happened at all
Happened at all
But, hey, that's how you learn to love
Now I met somebody and you met somebody
And we met somebody like we never happened at all
Happened at all
But, hey, that's how you learn to love

But we'll carry on (Carry on)
Yeah, we'll carry on (Carry on)
You know that everybody hurts at the end of the day
That's how you learn to love
We'll carry on (Carry on)
When the feeling's gone (Feeling's gone)
You know that everybody hurts at the end of the day
That's how you learn to love
